PRODUCTS SPECIFICATION of Manufacture 7 inch high efficiency Depressed Center Cutting Disc for Stainless Steel
The cutting wheel is made of good quality alumina material. Its usage is very wide, because we offer products of various dimensions, so our products almost suit to any other product.
1.Our facotry has more than 20 years experience to produce abrasive wheels, and there are more than 40 sets of advanced automatic production lines. Electric furnaces control the hardening temperature much more accurately.
2. Alumina, nets, stickers, rings, all the raw materials are put in the machines automatically. These automatic equipments, together with the balance testing of the half-finished goods, highly increase the production efficiency and stability of the quality.
3. Raw materials, take the alumina for an example, will be tested before production, including the grit and the rigidity testing. And each batch of the finished goods will be tested in our labtory and get QUALITY PASSED to enter the market. Broken testing to test the wheels' strength, and cutting testing and grinding testing to test the sharpness and the durablity.
